In what format can the drawings be sent?
The files can be sent in any graphic format, such as GIF, TIFF, JPEG, PDF etc... Paper drawings can also be sent to our office through mail or courier. CAD drawings can also be emailed to us for 3D modeling, color rendering and walk through/animation

What drawing standards are followed?
We can follow any drawing standards as prescribed by you, or we will adopt internationally accepted drawing/drafting conventions.

How do we communicate?
Communication can be done by email, Skype, phone, or by fax. We have also set up an FTP account for our clients.

We have a scanner. At what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned?
The paper drawings must have a minimum of 200dpi for our encoders to be able to effectively work on it.

How fast can we expect you to finish work on our projects?
Normally, we finish medium-density files in eight man-hours. We can also work on short deadlines at slightly higher rates if required.

Do you spell-check the drawings?
Yes, we spell check the drawings. At any rate, our encoders are very well versed in the English language and hardly require supervision.

How do you ensure security of data?
We make every effort to safeguard the project details through the course of your project. On our website, crucial pages are secured with SSL certificates from ________. Our servers are secured with a physical and software firewall, and locked in a glass cabinet located at a secure room with access limited to a few authorized personnel.
Are these services permissible under law?
Yes. Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) are covered under WTO agreement, with more than 100 countries as signatories. In the Philippines, our services are encouraged and enabled through special laws.

How do we make payments?
We accept payments in US dollars. Payments can be done through Paypal or via credit card through Paypal without additional cost to you. This is the fastest and most secure form of payment. Other methods are through:
